As well as using the Pod Point app to pay for your charges you can also use it to find charging locations & see activity reports on your charging history.
How to charge using the standard Pod Point charger

Plug your cable into the socket next to your space (you will need a lead with a type 2 plug).

Either on the app or on charge.pod-point.com find the chargepoint you've plugged into by using your location and the chargepoint's name. Select which socket you are using (A or B) and claim the chargepoint.

Either use your balance on the app to confirm the charge or enter your payment details on the website and pre-authorise a payment up to the amount displayed on your device (The final amount you are charged will depend on how long you charge for). You can leave your car parked here for as long as it's charging.

When you return to your vehicle simply select the option to finish the charge on the website or in the app. You can then unplug your cable and you're ready to get back on the road, or if you want to explore Wroxham further then please move your car to another space so the chargepoint is free for other users.
How to charge using the rapid charger

Plug either the CCS or CHAdeMO cable into your vehicle (if your vehicle doesn't have one of these socket types you won't be able to use this charger).

If you're paying with contactless then skip to the next stage. Otherwise, either on the app or on charge.pod-point.com find the chargepoint you've plugged into by using your location and the chargepoint's name to claim the chargepoint.

Either tap your contactless card, use your balance on the app to confirm the charge, or enter your payment details on the website and pre-authorise a payment up to the amount displayed on your device (The final amount you are charged will depend on how long you charge for).

Select on the chargepoint if you want to do a full charge or 80% charge and then press start. Once the padlock icon lights up on the chargepoint you're free to leave your vehicle and explore our stores.

When finished, if you paid with contactless tap your card again to unlock the chargepoint and press stop on the chargepoint. Otherwise simply select the option to finish the charge on the website or in the app. You can then unplug your cable and you're ready to get back on the road, or if you want to explore Wroxham further then please move your car to another space so the chargepoint is free for other users.
